(Dubois, WY) – The Dubois Town Council will hold a regular meeting at 6 p.m. Wednesday, June 24, in the Council Chambers at Dubois Town Hall, 712 Meckem Street.
The agenda includes a request from the St. Thomas Episcopal Church to close East Ramshorn Street from First Street east to the west side of the north/south alley behind 1 South First Street (Opportunity Shop) from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. July 14 for an outside square dance event.
The council will also consider approving:
- an agreement with the Wyoming Office of Homeland Security for partial funding to purchase Toughbook 55 computers and docking stations in the amount of $21,059.
- payment to Ridgeline Excavation Inc. in the amount of $267,187.50 for the Rodeo Grounds Bridge Repair project
- WWTP Modifications Change Order No. 1 with Strobel Energy Group for a no costs time extension due to the lead time for the blowers
- a temporary catering/open container permit
- a malt beverage/open container permit
- TAD grant reimbursement requests
- accounts payable
- TAD accounts payable
- May 2026 financials
An executive session will be held before adjournment.
