The weather cooperated, and the athletes responded with outstanding efforts on the opening day of the West 1A / 2A Regional Track Meet. Schools from Cokeville to Cowley converged on the 400 meter oval surrounding Baily Field.

There are now eight Fremont County Schools in Class 1A and 2A. Dubois, St. Stephen’s, Fort Washakie, Arapahoe Charter, and Western Heritage Lutheran Academy in Class 1A and Shoshoni, Wind River and Wyoming Indian in 2A.
