With the first ever Winter Rendezvous Games taking place on Saturday, February 2nd a section of East Fremont Street adjacent to Riverton City Park will be closed from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Residents in the area are also asked to please remove their vehicles from the street during this time.
Riverton Public Works has issued the following statement about the closure:
The road closure will be on East Fremont St. – from just east of the Good 2 Go Convenience Store to N. 10th E. on Saturday, February 2nd from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please remove all vehicles from the street during this time.
The 1st Annual Winter Rendezvous Games will be underway at City Park during this time, and we appreciate your willingness to use alternate transportation routes and parking areas.
