FREMONT COUNTY, WYOMING – The Fremont County Association of Governments, through the Regional Ambulance Service Evaluation Committee, is asking residents and community stakeholders to complete a public input survey on ground ambulance service in Fremont County.
The survey is intended to gather public input regarding the current and future provision of ground ambulance service across the county. Questions address community experiences, service expectations, rural and frontier coverage, response reliability, funding considerations, workforce needs, and possible service delivery models. The survey takes approximately 8 to 12 minutes to complete.
Because Fremont County includes communities with different geographic conditions, population patterns, and service needs, the Committee is seeking input from residents across the county, including incorporated communities, rural areas, frontier areas, and tribal communities.
Survey responses will be reviewed together to help identify broader themes, priorities, and
community perspectives. Because this is a voluntary public-input survey and not a randomized sample, the results will be interpreted as community feedback rather than as a statistically representative measure of all Fremont County residents.
The survey will remain open through May 20, 2026.

Participants are asked to submit only one response per person. Respondents should not include private medical information, patient names, or other personally identifiable information in written responses.
