According to the Wyoming Highway Patrol, Troopers responded to the vehicle vs. hay bale crash after the vehicle involved experienced a mechanical failure.
The throttle of the car became stuck open and a female driver reacted quickly by crashing into a hay bale to get the vehicle to stop, rather than potentially a more severe collision.
The driver was wearing a seat belt and had no injuries.
