Riverton ladies, football fans, and community supporters! The R Football Sorority is gearing up for its 2nd Annual R Ladies R Night on Thursday, August 22nd, at 6:00 p.m. at the Riverton Country Club. This night is full of fun, fundraising, and a little gridiron education.
Supporting Local Football Programs
Last year’s inaugural R Ladies R Night was a huge success, raising funds for the RJFL, RMS, and RHS football programs. This year, the organizers aim to build on that momentum and continue their mission of supporting Riverton’s football community. The organizers want to create a special sense of belonging for the young athletes.
“By having them all wear the same warmups, shirts, or whatever it is, we hope we can allow all the kids to feel good and represent their team with pride,” organizer Kim Lenhardt says. R Ladies R Night is a chance for the community to come together and show their support for these young athletes, fostering that team spirit that will carry them on and off the field.
More Than Just Football
The night promises to be more than just X’s and O’s. Guests will enjoy appetizers, a signature drink, and a silent auction full of items you won’t want to pass up. But the real fun lies in decorating your very own cowbell! Supplies will be provided at each table, allowing you to create a one-of-a-kind souvenir of the evening to take to your favorite games and cheer on your team.
Something for Everyone
Whether you’re a die-hard football fan or simply looking for a fun night out with friends, R-Ladies R Night has something for everyone. Head Coach Mark Lenhardt will provide some lighthearted football instruction, adding a touch of gridiron knowledge to the festivities. Door prizes and exciting entertainment round out the evening, ensuring fun for all.
Event Details
Tickets are $50 and available at the door. This price includes food, drinks (including the special drink!), a cowbell, decorating supplies, door prizes, entertainment, and a unique opportunity to learn a little bit about football from the RHS coaching staff.

Silent Auction
Get ready to bid! Starting this weekend, the silent auction items will be available for preview, so check out all the great items and generosity of the donors. During the event, you’ll need a ticket to participate in the bidding. A bid number will be provided at the door.
Building Community Spirit
“We set out to grow community involvement in our football programs, and bring back the tradition that this town is known for,” says organizer Kim Lenhardt. “Last year’s event was a big win, raising funds for all three levels of football. We’re excited to build on that success and make this year even better!”
