Samantha “Buff” Jolene Ferris, 51, of Fort Washakie, Wyoming, died on November 1, 2024 in Fort Collins, Colorado. A Visitation will begin 6:00pm, Friday, November 8, 2024 in the Rocky Mountain Hall, Fort Washakie, Wyoming.
