Spencer Ray Jones was born on December 16, 1946, in Garden City, Kansas, to Hel’len Luis Nale and John Spencer Jones. He grew up alongside his siblings Ro’Blaine, John Keith, and Richard. During his high school years, the family moved to Riverton, Wyoming, where Spencer graduated in 1964 before attending Casper College. A celebration of Spencer’s life will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, October 3, 2025 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 710 East Second Street, Casper, WY, 82601. Interment is scheduled at 12:00 pm on Saturday, October 4, 2025 at Mountain View Cemetery, 3540 West Main Street, Riverton, WY 82501.
