Darlene Stella Watson, 85, of Riverton, Wyoming, passed peacefully into the arms of the Lord on May 9, 2026. She will be greatly missed, but being called home on Mother’s Day weekend felt fitting for a woman whose entire life revolved around loving and caring for others. She was the heart of her family – a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and the steady center of a village she helped build with faith, grit, patience, and unconditional love. Alice Linda Rosburg was called home to heaven on Thursday, May 21, 2026, where she heard her Savior say, “Well done, thou good and faithful servant.” Alice was born on October 30, 1946 in Riverton, Wyoming to Adam and Olinda Weber. She was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran confession. Alice was the youngest of six children and spent her time on the family farm. She graduated from Riverton High School in 1964 and continued her studies at Casper College and later at the University of Wyoming. During the summer of 1968, she was chased down by her future husband, Dennis Rosburg, as she sped by in her white Mercury. She was known for having a bit of a lead foot!
