Charles Howell, Sr., 47, of Riverton passed away on Friday, September 23, 2022, at the Wyoming Medical Center in Casper. A rosary will be recited at 7:30 pm on Tuesday, September 27, 2022, at St. Stephen’s Catholic Church. The wake will follow at 1503 Elmwood Drive. The funeral service will be held at 10:00 am on Wednesday, September 28, 2022, at St. Stephen’s Catholic Church with burial to follow at the Arapaho Catholic Cemetery.
