Kelsey Erin Garcia, 36, of Miles City, Montana, daughter of Lori and Ray Keith died on April 30, 2020. A Memorial Service has been arranged for by the family at 2:00pm, Saturday, May 29, 2021 under the Museum of the American West – Outside Pavillion.
