Frances E. Newkirk, 96, of Riverton, Wyoming, passed away on Thursday, March 20, 2025, at Westward Heights Care Center. A viewing will be held on Friday, April 4, 2025, at Davis Funeral Home from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 5, 2025, at The United Methodist Church in Riverton with interment to follow at Mountain View Cemetery.
