Daniel Preston Shepherd, known to his family and friends as Danny 2 Dogs, passed away peacefully at his home in Lysite, Wyoming, on Monday, August 31, 2026, following a brief battle with cancer. “Scouts Enemy,” Yooniihii Cooxouti, Scott Soldier Wolf, Northern Arapaho tribal member made his journey to Main Camp on September 1, 2026, from his home, beginning the next part of his journey. Scout’s Enemy completed his four hills of life. The Wake will take place at Eagles Hall, St. Stephens, WY at 7pm September 8th, 2026. The burial from Eagles Hall to Sharpnose on the following day September 9th, 2026 at 10am. After burial at Sharpnose, the giveaway and “Carry in” will also take place back at Eagles Hall.
