Helen W. Fowler Smart, 71, passed away on Sunday, August 16, 2026, at SageWest Hospital in Riverton, Wyoming. According to her wishes, cremation has taken place. Judith Ann Rogers, or “Judy”, age 82, passed away on August 31, 2026, at her home in Lander, Wyoming. She was born in Revere, Massachusetts, on October 5, 1943, to Walter B. Rogers and Martha I.
