The firm name change follows an ownership transition that took place in 2025, when firm
leadership was successfully transferred to the current ownership team of Travis Koehn, CPA and Sean Jordan, CPA. The firm’s outgoing managing partner, Jay Reddon, CPA, remains with the firm in a supporting role, continuing to provide experience, advice, and continuity for clients.
“This name change both honors our firm’s history but also sets up our future,” said Travis Koehn. “Rather than tying the firm’s identity to individual owners’ names, the new firm name allows us to establish a permanent brand that can serve our clients and community for generations to come.”

The firm’s team of 12 professionals remains unchanged and collectively brings more than 130 years of experience working together at this firm. Services, client relationships, and day-to-day operations will continue without interruption. Although the name change is immediate, there will be about a month of overlap until the final steps are completed.
