Travis Koehn, CPA, and Sean Jordan, CPA, have officially acquired ownership of the firm, with Travis Koehn assuming the role of Managing Partner.
This leadership transition marks a significant milestone while maintaining the strength, stability, and personalized service that clients have come to rely on. The outgoing Managing Partner, Jay Reddon, CPA, who purchased the firm in 1995 and successfully led it for 30 years, will continue to support the firm as an employee and in an advisory capacity during this transition.

Travis Koehn has been with the firm for 24 years, including 21 years as a Partner and shareholder. A graduate of the University of Wyoming with 27 years of accounting experience, Travis brings seasoned expertise and a deep commitment to client success. Sean Jordan, who holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Wyoming, has also been with the firm for 20 years, serving as a shareholder for the past decade. Together, they bring nearly 50 years of combined experience to the firm’s leadership.

To better serve their clients, the firm recently welcomed Tracy Harper as a full-time bookkeeper. With this addition, they are now accepting new bookkeeping & payroll clients and look forward to expanding their support for local businesses.
