According to the Sublette County Sheriff’s Office, a tornado may have touched down in the small community of Marbleton Friday just before 1:00 p.m.
Sheriff’s say they do not know how much damage the storm caused at this point, or how large the tornado was.
Marbleton has just over 1,000 residents and is just north of Big Piney.
The National Weather Service office in Riverton projects scattered thundershowers throughout Friday for Sublette and Fremont counties.
