Each week, staff at Riverton High School nominate a student who has shown outstanding behavior towards their peers and their academics. At the end of the year, County 10 will present a scholarship of $500 to one of the students nominated! Click here to view all students.
Emely Robinson was nominated as the RHS student of the week by Shandee Andrade.
Mrs. Shandee Andrade: Emely is such a joy to have in class. She is respectful, hardworking, and creative. Emely spends a great deal of time in the art room, where she is able to express her creativity. She sets an excellent example in every class by following expectations and remaining dedicated to her work. Emely is a wonderful student and very deserving of being recognized as Student of the Week!

1. What advice do you have for younger students? Do your work in class so you don’t have homework.
2. Who is your favorite teacher, and why? My favorite teacher is Tracey Wilcox because she’s funny and energetic, even on her worst days.
3. What is your favorite school subject or activity, and why? I love art.
4. Tell us about your favorite artist (author, musician, actor, etc.) and what makes them special? Matt Leblanc known for Joey Tribbiani off of friends.
5. Who is your role model? What have you learned from them? My sister, she shows me what’s good and bad.
