Joy’s House Chinese Restaurants in both Riverton and Lander have closed.
An owner confirmed the closure to County 10 in a brief statement on Wednesday evening.
The Riverton restaurant on N. Federal Boulevard opened as Joy’s House on November 14th, 2018, taking over the former China Panda building. It operated for less than 4 total months.
County 10 is aware of an additional downtown Riverton restaurant that is likely to close at the end of April. Attempts to confirm these rumors with the owners have thus far gone unanswered.
On a more positive eatery note, County 10 has word that a new Riverton-based restaurant is likely to open by summer 2019. We know that’s vague – but we’ll have more to post soon!
