The Riverton City Council and Mayor Richard Gard unanimously approved a permit application for a fireworks display at the 2019 Riverton Little League Baseball championship night.
The annual championship night festivities will be held Thursday, June 27th between 9:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. after baseball festivities come to a conclusion. Fireworks will be launched from the Ron Saban Little League Compelx.
Riverton Fire Chief Henri DeClercq submitted a letter to the council members and Mayor with his recommendation to go ahead with the festivities.
