(Riverton, WY) – The Riverton City Council will hold a regular meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 18, in the Council Chambers at Riverton City Hall, 816 N. Federal Blvd.
The agenda includes two ordinances on second reading that would: extend the hours of operation allowed for alcohol-serving establishments on Sundays and require alcohol server training for those establishments.
A public hearing will be held before the council considers another ordinance on first reading adopting the 2024 International Code Council Building Code.
Another public hearing will be held before the council considers 2025-2026 liquor license renewals.
The council will also consider:
- Tourism Asset Development grant awards
- approving the fiscal year 2026 budget calendar
- approving an economic development funding agreement amendment with Brunton International
- approving an economic development funding agreement with Riverton’s Mercy House
- authorizing the public works director to executive a $15,000 agreement for asset and data tracking services
An executive session will be held if needed before adjournment.
Tuesday’s meeting will be preceded by a 6:45 p.m. Finance Committee meeting in the same location.
Both meetings are open to the public for in-person attendance and will be streamed live on the city’s YouTube channel, where past meeting recordings are stored.
