(Riverton, WY) – The Riverton City Council will hold a regular meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 17, in the Council Chambers at Riverton City Hall, 816 N. Federal Blvd.
The agenda includes a Youth Council appointment for Brayden Thacker and a presentation from the Community Transportation Association of America.
The council will also consider approving an agreement for professional services with Ayres and Associates for the Brownfields and Land Revitalization Program.
After hearing a year-end report from the Riverton Police Department, the council will consider two ordinances on third and final reading regarding underage persons in bars.
Other items on the agenda include:
- retail liquor license change of operational status for 307 Horse Racing LLC
- public hearing and consideration of 2026-2027 liquor license renewals
- 422 E. Main – expiration of conditions of sale – tabled Feb. 3
- Verizon tower lease expiration and renewal proposal – tabled Feb. 3
- a second-reading ordinance rezoning the Berlin Addition
- a resolution for an Urban and Community Forestry Grant
- a resolution for a Mineral Royalty Grant for a wastewater treatment plant process upgrade
An executive session will be held if needed before adjournment.
Tuesday’s meeting will be preceded by a 6:45 p.m. Finance Committee meeting in the same location.
