(Riverton, WY) – The Riverton City Council will hold a regular meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 3, in the Council Chambers at Riverton City Hall, 816 N. Federal Blvd.
The agenda for the meeting includes mayoral appointments to the Ad Hoc 2026 Tourism Asset Development Committee.
The council will also consider approving a resolution adjusting the terms for the Riverton Rendezvous Balloon Committee.
There are two second-reading ordinances on the agenda regarding underage persons in bars.
A public hearing will take place before the council considers a first-reading ordinance rezoning 105 West Adams Avenue from C-1 to R-2 so the property can be used for residential purposes.
Other items on the agenda include:
- West Main Street waterline consultant selection
- Verizon tower ground lease expirations and renewal proposal
- Brownfields and land revitalization program consultant selection
- 422 E. Main – expiration of conditions of sale
- Consultant service agreement – Taxiway D project design
- Joint Committee for Key Services presentation
- Quarterly fiscal health report
An executive session will be held if needed before adjournment.
Tuesday’s meeting will be preceded by a 6:45 p.m. Finance Committee meeting in the same location.
Both meetings are open to the public for in-person attendance and will be streamed live on the city’s YouTube channel, where past meeting recordings are stored.
