The Riverton City Council will meet Tuesday, December 18th at 7:00 p.m. inside of Riverton City Hall.
Near the end of the meeting, the council will recognize and thank outgoing councilman Lance Goede.
Goede has served as a Ward 2 representative for the last two years. He’s lived in Riverton since 1995 and works as the Director of Student Success at Central Wyoming College. He’s also participated in the Fremont County Alliance Against Domestic Violence, Fremont County Prevention Coalition, the Suicide Prevention Coalition, Solutions Committee, and many other community services.
Karla Borders will take over Goede’s seat in Ward 2 in January after she won the November 2018 election.
The council will also go over the 3rd and final reading of billing procedure for public services, and the final reading on water service systems. Bethany Baldes will be recommended for Mayor Lars Baker to appoint to the Planning Commission, and council members will receive an air service update.
All meetings are open to the public, seating is limited.
