Lance Goede is a professional, award-winning, counselor and a lifelong Wyoming resident.
Lance works with students in a variety of capacities at Central Wyoming College, he’s the chairman of the Riverton Solutions Committee, and a former Riverton City Councilman.
Now Goede can add one more title to that resume, podcaster!
Lance joins the 10Cast Network this week and has created our 8th show – Positively Mental!
Positively Mental will work to inform, demystify, and help with mental health issues as well as explore the human mind.
In episode one, Goede introduces the concept of the new show and discusses depression and suicide warning signs.
