All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
(Riverton, WY) – 64-year-old Riverton man Randall Murrell was arrested on July 21 for cruelty to animals, according to the July 22 Riverton Police Department (RPD) call log.
The call log states that RPD received reports of a heeler mix that had its “mouth taped shut,” the morning of July 21.
Upon arrival, the responding officer reportedly viewed a video of the puppy “being beat with a stick and hung by it’s collar.”
