(Riverton, WY) – 56-year-old Riverton man Doyle Muncy was arrested for driving while under the influence, according to the Riverton Police Department (RPD) call log issued on February 28.
Muncy was the driver of a vehicle that “swerved into the wrong lane of traffic and almost struck a Riverton Police Car head-on” in the Apache Ave. area, the call log states.
Muncy “displayed obvious signs of impairment and then failed the field sobriety tests” after he was stopped. He was then arrested for DWUI, with no further incidents mentioned in the report.
The incident occurred around 12 AM on February 28.
