All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
(Riverton, WY) – 41-year-old Riverton man Anthony Muller was arrested for aggravated assault, in relation to a stabbing incident reported by the Riverton Police Department (RPD) on October 18, according to the RPD call log issued on October 21.
The log states that RPD received a call around 2 PM on Friday, for a report of an assault with a knife.
After contacting and interviewing those involved Muller was arrested for aggravated assault, the log goes on to state, after it was determined he had “used a utility knife” to cut the victim “in the legs and body” during the fight.
The victim was later treated for his injuries.
