(Riverton, WY) – 42-year-old Riverton man Phillip Hislaw was arrested and charged with multiple offenses after a police pursuit early Thursday morning, the Fremont County Sheriff’s Office shared in the call log issued on July 17.
Dispatch was advised of an individual involved in a 10-80 (chase) with the Wind River Police Department at around 1 AM this morning in Riverton, the call log states, with the reporting party informing that the driver may have been in possession of a weapon.
“A vehicle pursuit ended in the area of East Main Street in Riverton, with the suspect crashing into a shed,” the call log narrative informs. “No injuries were reported in the crash.”
Hislaw was ultimately charged with Fleeing/Attempting to Elude, Property Destruction, Criminal Entry, and Interference with a Peace Officer.
