All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
(Lander, WY) – 43-year-old David Munda, of Riverton, pled “not guilty” to eight counts during his District Court arraignment hearing today, October 19th.
The case now moves to a jury trial which was set at today’s hearing for January 18th, 2022.
Munda currently faces four counts of sexual abuse of a minor in the first degree, one count of sexual abuse of a minor in the fourth degree, soliciting to engage in illicit sexual relations, attempt to commit sexual abuse of a minor in the second degree, and a misdemeanor charge for battery.
These charges stem from incidents reported to have occurred over a 12-year span.
