The Riverton City Council will meet Tuesday, February 12th at 7:00 p.m. in Riverton City Hall for a work session Tuesday.
Among the agenda items will be a proclamation signed by Mayor Rich Gard. “Random Acts of Kindness Week” will take place February 18th through February 22nd as declared by Wyoming Governor Mark Gordon to be observed statewide.
Additionally, the work session will be highlighted by the announcement that Ward 1 Councilman Sean Peterson has submitted his resignation. A vacancy is expected to be declared in Ward 1. The City of Riverton announced Friday it expects to fill that position in March.
A Riverton Master Plan meeting and community forestry assessment presentation are also on the agenda.
