(Riverton, WY) – The Fremont County School District 25 Board of Trustees will hold a regular meeting at 6 p.m. Tuesday, March 10, in the Board Chambers at 121 North Fifth Street West in Riverton.
The agenda for the meeting includes a roundtable discussion with Christina Bekken and the Riverton Middle School FFA Team.
The board will also hear from Riverton Aquatic Center Supervisor Kristi Spriggs and receive a District AI Team update from Marci Campbell.
An executive session will be held for personnel, after which the board will consider approving an out-of-state travel request for a Riverton High School track student to travel to Arcadia, California, in April for the national-level Arcadia Track and Field Invite.
The board will also consider an administrative recommendation to accept $48,825 from the sale of stock held with LPL Financial, to be used in accordance with the original donor intent to support the Craig H. Beck Scholarship solely for the purpose of providing students with scholarships.
Another administrative recommendation on the agenda is to accept the following FCSD 25 Recreation Board awards:
- Riverton Aquatic Center, $36,000
- Riverton Middle School, $66,290
- Willow Creek Elementary PAC, $74,063
Other action items include:
- accept a resignation from Scott McBride as Aspen Elementary Principal
- accept resignations from RHS Counselor Kelly Savan and RHS Assistant Cheer Coach Kelli Gard
- offer contracts to Aspen Elementary Teacher Idania Duarte, Rendezvous Elementary Teacher Danen Barquin, RMS Assistant Track Coach Kelsey Giorgis, and RMS Interim Assistant Track Coach Jaitlyn Pettit
- offer contracts to school administrators for the 2026-2027 school year
Under information items, the board will review a Northern Arapaho Vocational Rehabilitation Program Memorandum of Understanding, certified staff changes, and enrollment.
An executive session will be held for student discipline before adjournment.
