Jerry Zhang, manager of the Sapporo restaurants in Rock Springs and Ichiban Japanese steakhouse in Evanston and Rawlins, says he’s “thrilled to bring a hibachi style japanese steakhouse to Fremont County!”
Ichiban Japanese Steakhouse is an east coast style sushi and hibachi restaurant – where you can gather with friends and watch the chef cook your meal in front of you.
Zhang recently purchased the former Big O tires building from Spencer Piplica at Home Source. A remodel is planned for the space in preparation for its Grand Opening at the end of the year!
