All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
(Riverton, WY) – 37-year-old Caleb Martinez was arrested today, August 13, after reportedly making threats to “kill someone” while in a Riverton store located at the corner of N Federal Blvd. and Webbwood Road, according to a post shared on the Riverton Police Department Facebook page. The incident took place around 10:30 AM.
Police received reports that a person wearing a mask was “walking through the store and yelling he was going to ‘kill someone,'” the release states, but upon law enforcement’s arrival, no weapons were found on Martinez when they located him.
No one was reported injured in the incident, RPD also shared. The case remains under investigation.
