The Riverton Police Department has had a busy week thus far, arrested 25 people in the last 3 days.
Of those 25 calls, at least 13 of them were alcohol or drug-related.
By comparison, the Fremont County Sheriff’s arrested 7 individuals over the last 3 days. On Tuesday and Wednesday, the Lander Police Department arrested 4 individuals. Thursdays’ report is still pending.

3 public intoxication arrests
2 pedestrian under the influence arrests
1 arrest for shoplifting and interference
1 arrest for public intoxication and shoplifting

Wednesday:
4 arrests for Fremont County warrants
4 arrests for public intoxication
1 arrest for unlawful use of a toxic substance
1 arrest for driving under the influence
1 arrest for domestic battery
Thursday:
2 arrests for public intoxication
1 arrest for escape from detention
1 arrest for Fremont County warrants
