(Riverton, WY) – The Riverton Police Department is investigating a reported stabbing that occurred in the early morning hours of April 22, according to a recent post shared on the RPD Facebook page.
RPD officers responded to the area of E. Park and the bike path around 2:30 AM Tuesday morning, “when a small group of subjects started arguing,” the RPD post states.
“During the argument one of the subjects, a 38-year-old Riverton man, was allegedly stabbed. The victim was transported to a local hospital.”
At this time, no subject has been detained in relation to the incident, and anyone with information is asked to call the Detectives unit at the Riverton Police Department at 856-4891.
