(Riverton, WY) – The first in our new Riverton Police Department spotlight series features Victim Witness Coordinator, Cindy Harris.
Harris has been working with RPD the last 22 years in several different capacities, dedicating her career and much of her life to community service. For the last two years, she’s been in a role that allows her to help victims of various crimes going through a challenging time.
“It’s absolutely rewarding,” Harris said, “I’m very much a people-person and I enjoy helping people.”
Cindy was quick to credit both the Riverton community and RPD culture for giving her an enjoyable work/life balance. She encourages folks to “be vocal,” saying if there’s a criminal or civil situation that needs to be addressed by law enforcement, they’re always standing by and willing to help.
