(Riverton, WY) – County 10 recently had the chance to sit down with Luanne Luther, a Riverton Police Department Victim Witness Specialist.
Luther told us about the services the Victim Witness department provides those going through challenging circumstances. She tells us about her day-to-day and how she decompresses after handling some “heavy” cases. We also ask how she thinks Riverton can become a better place altogether.
