All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
(Ethete, WY) – A sentencing hearing has been set for Ethete woman Beatrice Willis, who was charged with felony distribution of methamphetamine back in April.
The sentencing hearing is scheduled for September 13 before the Honorable Judge Kelly H. Rankin.
Willis originally pled “not guilty” to the charge at her May 24 initial appearance/arraignment hearing, but later changed that plea to “guilty” at a hearing held on June 25.
In this case, no plea agreement was filed, but the Defense motioned for her release, which the Court ultimately denied.
The sentencing hearing is scheduled to take place on September 13.
