(Lander, WY) – The Fremont County Commissioners convened for a regular meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 2, and have provided the following recap of the meeting.
- The liquor license for Milford Grange, LLC was tabled.
- A certificate of substantial completion for the chip seal project was approved.
- A change order reducing the Dowl Engineering contract from $1,059,925.22 to $1,059,472.22 for the chip sealing project was accepted.
- The PKJ subdivision was approved.
- It was approved for the museum to hold a budget hearing for two projects: siding replacement at the Riverton Museum and the 250th anniversary project in Lander.
- A proposal for professional services with Nelson Architects, LLC in the amount of $97,000, with an additional $28,000 contingent (for a total of $125,000 to come out of LATC), was approved for the remodel of the county coroner’s building, pending county attorney contract approval.
