School Activities/Sports/Clubs: Basketball
The advice I would give to the younger students is to work hard, be organized, be on time, AND HAVE FUN with the things you do.
My plans after high school are to get a job either doing photography or working at the golf course.
My favorite subject in school is math because math is an everyday thing that you use in your life so you might as well have fun with it.
My favorite teacher would be Ms. Eastman because she helps me with all of the little things in math and she is super nice.
My role models would be my dad and mom because they have helped me out when times get hard and they have also helped me improve on my grades and basketball skills.
Nominated by Mrs. DeWitt: Garret is a gentle giant at Shoshoni High School. You will rarely see him without a smile on his face. He is a great friend and teammate that loves basketball, hunting, and fishing. In class, he works extremely hard on all of his work and is not afraid to ask questions if it is something he doesn’t understand. On the flip side when he does understand a concept well he will jump in to help others who need it. We are lucky to have him at Shoshoni High School.
