She has earned a varsity letter in Basketball and Wrestling.
I would give younger students the advice of KC Jones: “You are either winning, or you are learning; there is no losing in life.” This just means that even if you fail, you cannot stop there because there is so much more to life, and we learn every day, no matter how much you may be “winning.” Also, strive to be better, always listen to your peers, and take from them what works for you.
After high school, I plan to attend a junior college and continue my rodeo career. I have not decided on an exact college yet. However, I plan to get a degree in ranch management and animal science with the hope of opening my own Equine therapy and rehabilitation center.
My role model is my older brother Cannon Campbell. Growing up with him while he succeeded in rodeo made me want to work harder, with the hope of being able to compete at his level. Also, going to the Junior High and High School nationals and seeing all the opportunities he got to experience lit a fire in me to work as hard and perform as well as I could to make it.
Irelynn is a very responsible student. She is always on task and works hard. She is willing to help out other students if a need arises. She has good character traits. Overall, she is great to have in Class. (Mr. Strasbaugh)
