Each week, staff at Shoshoni High School nominate a student who has shown outstanding behavior toward their peers and in their academics. At the end of the year, County 10 will award a $500 scholarship to one of the nominated students! Click here to view all nominated students.
Prestley Barta was nominated as the Shoshoni High School student of the week by Rachel Rapp.
School Activities/Sports/Clubs: Riverton high school swimming, Riverton middle school swimming coach, indoor track and outdoor track athlete
Special Awards or Honors: Nationally ranked high jumper, 3rd in state for high jump, state finalist swimmer
My advice for younger students is hard work will always pay off.
After high school, I plan to attend Dental Hygienist school.
My favorite subject at school is stained glass. I have a great teacher, and it is a great outlet.
My mom is my role model. She taught me to always work hard!
