Matthew Simcox was nominated as the Shoshoni Junior High student of the week by Mistalyn Steffen.
I had the pleasure of having Matthew Simcox in my 7th grade Culinary Arts class for 9 weeks. He brings a lot of energy and knowledge to the room and excels with whatever project he is assigned from cooking, baking, and even the not so fun part of cleaning and washing dishes. Matthew shared with me that he would like to take the Culinary Arts class all the way up to his Senior year at which point he would like to switch into the auto mechanics program. Matthew enjoys sharing and giving input on whatever the topic may be. Matthew has a bright future in whatever field he chooses and sets his mind to.
