Lander Future Farmers of America (FFA) representatives took 8th place in the nation last week in “Horse Evaluation” at the National FFA Convention in Indianapolis.
Students had the opportunity to compete in various events, take classes, meet other FFA members from around the world, and some of them had the opportunity to listen to President Trump speak at the event.
Hors evaluation team members included Aaryn Schamber, Ursula Anderson, Kristen McPherson, and Hailey Spray. McPherson was also 7th overall individually in the competition. The FFA Advisor is Mike McConnell.
