Early risers in Riverton Friday morning may have caught a glimpse of the Cloud Kisser hot air balloon.
Calm winds and temperatures in the low 60’s made for optimal flying conditions. The Cloud Kisser will be part of the 38th annual Riverton Rendezvous Balloon Rally held July 20-22. Friday, July 20th a few balloons will ascend for “media day” flights, and the mass ascensions will take place Saturday and Sunday morning.
Rendezvous festivities this year begin July 14th with Day in the Park.
