Riverton’s favorite hot air balloons, Cloud Kisser’s II and III were snapped floating gently over Devil’s Tower Saturday morning.
A handful of balloons made the ascent over one of Wyoming’s most famous landmarks in fact. Cloud Kisser pilots Andy Samuelson and Pat Newlin were both in attendance.
