Much of Lander remains snow-covered after a storm brought a few inches of powder to the area over the weekend.
What remains in lower elevations is melting steadily Tuesday as brilliant sunshine is breaking through.
Temperatures will increase Wednesday and Thursday in Lander, before another round of probable snowfall Friday and Saturday.
