Crews have been busy working through chilly conditions near Webbwood Road in Riverton for the last few days.
The project includes building a ditch along the road behind Walmart, and installing storm water pipe.
The project is expected to wrap up near the end of November or early December.
Webbwood Road is closed between Pure Gas Road and just beyond the Walmart entrance for the work.
