#ABetterBlueSky continues to take shape on Wyoming 132 between Ethete and U.S. 287.
Parts of the project are entering a winter shutdown, while work is still continuing on the irrigation system. Earthwork operations will resume in late February or March 2019.
Prime contractor High Country Construction Inc. of Lander had the task of removing 84,000 cubic yards of dirt in 2018.
In 2019, construction plans include grading, draining, milling asphalt pavement, placing gravel pit run and crushed gravel, asphalt paving, chip sealing, electrical work and other work on a 7-mile streth of Wyoming 132 north of Lnader.
